La Villa Royale - Paris

I nearly considered giving this place a good review, but the room was filthy with spider webs in every corner and unclean tables. I woudl ve expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, yet got nothing-just pure disapointment.

The unique decor and the view from our fifth-floor room over Sacré-Cœur enhanced our stay. The helpful staff made great dining recommendations, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The historical vibe and luxurious decor of the hotel added a unique charm to our stay, and it was good to enjoy breakfast in bed each morning.

The jacuzzi in our room was less functional than expected, leading to water leakage that created an inconvenient mess in the bathroom.

The view of Sacré-Cœur from my window was beautiful. I encountered a couple of hiccups. The air conditioning didn't function properly. The furniture looked dated with some scratches, and there were issues with noise insulation, sounds from the nightlife filtered in often, which could be disruptive. The shower facilities also had a minor issue with water pressure, causing some splashing on the floor.

Just a great fit for a day tour in Paris with excellent value. The friendly staff made my stay even better by giving excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper to avoid the nightlife noise.

Our stay with 20 family members was fabulous! The location is prime, right next to the Pigalle metro. We even enjoyed breakfast in our room, a nice touch.

In my wife's opinion, noise from the nightlife could be bothersome. A soundproofing upgrade would be great for families.

La Villa Royale is a hidden gem bursting with Parisian charm! The decor feels like a good throwback to the Belle Époque, and the views of the Sacré-Cœur from the balcony are amazing. The buffet breakfast served in the room was a delicious start to our day.
